Timing
An annual general meeting shall be held once in each calendar year, within the period of 5 months beginning at the end of the Society’s most recently ended financial year. Notification
The date and place of the meeting is to be notified in writing to all members at least 21 days in advance. The notification is to include the procedures to be followed at the meeting and an agenda, and is to be approved by the Committee. Motions
Notices for motions are to be advised in writing to the Committee at least 7 days before the meeting. Inspection of Books and Documents
Books and documents relating to the operation of the Society are to be available for inspection by any member at the meeting.
